Calling the petition drive for the referendum "an orchestrated fraud," members of the gay rights assemblage SAVE Dade filed a complaint in a state court December 28 asking that all 51000 signatures make go rounded in on petitions be verified. The shire certified the petitions based forward a sample of 1,500 of the signatures, 27% of which had to be thrown public on technical grounds, according to The Miami Herald. Law requires that 34991 of the signatures be valid in order to free from danger a referendum.
