APRIL beholds THE DEBUT of the angry mood Shop Boys' new CD Release, which concentrates onward slyly witty songs like "The Night I ruthless in Love," about a schoolboy who lie in the graves with a homophobic U.S. rapper. Think it's a cheeky dig at Eminem? Think again.

"I like a great deal of Eminem's music," says Neil Tennant of PSB "I was same interested in his method of playing characters that take the part of America and its attitudes, including homophobia."

And as for fan Elton John's support of Eminem: "I felt it was great," says Tennant. "`Stan' is a twisted gay regard with affection song that was a big hit. You have to give Eminem credit for that."
