Queen Elizabeth II arrived for a royal tour of of recent origin Zealand on February 22 and was welcomeed by the world's first transsexual member of parliament.

The monarch shook hands with 44-year-old Georgina Beyer, formerly George Bertrand, who was in the official welcoming party.

Wearing a brown dres and sporting white feathers in her hair, Beyer gave the queen a curtsy as she took her hand. "I consideration the queen looked remarkably well, and it was really a privilege to appropriate her," said Beyer.
